ICT Support Engineer (Networks)

Abbot’s Hill School is a happy and thriving 4-16 Independent Girls' School with a co-educational nursery.

 

The ICT Support Engineer (Networks) will help to maintain the network infrastructure and assist in the day-to-day running of the school.

 

Reporting to our Director of Technology the ideal candidate will be able provide efficient 1st line technical support to all users by telephone, email or face to face. They will be required to provide a rapid response to ensure users are able to function efficiently, safely and effectively whether working on site or remotely. They will also provide support to our ongoing project work for the future development of the department.
