Hi

Been asked if we can set a 1 minute delay on emails being sent out (Incase they need to cancel the sending), i know its possible using outlook local client by setting up rules , but school are asking if it can be can it be done on a global level from 365 tenancy does anyone know?

I could not see any obvious options where to set it or if this even possible

Thanks

My understanding is this not currently possible. There are some requests for it on official MS platforms but it hasn't been added yet.

Personally, I think it should be an individual choice, I would find it annoying for my emails to be delayed especially when I'm dealing with something time sensitive. But I understand the desire.

I believe that this is a setting that needs to be run on each mailbox.I recall posting about it here before, but cant find it.

Set-MailboxMessageConfiguration -MailSendUndoInterval 10

The value is in seconds and I believe the max is 10 seconds. As thats whats listed in OWA.
