sippo Posted July 18, 2008 Posted July 18, 2008 I'm thinking for next year I may get an IT assistant in the form of a 'pet'. I was looking at the possibilty of two sea-horses. What do you think?
Gatt Posted July 18, 2008 Posted July 18, 2008 A Velociraptor would be a nice pet - would certainly help people remember their passwords
leco Posted July 18, 2008 Posted July 18, 2008 A Velociraptor would be a nice pet - would certainly help people remember their passwords They wouldn't need to remember - the 'raptor would have eaten them.
strawberry Posted July 18, 2008 Posted July 18, 2008 a rottwieler called put it on the helpdesk. That way everytime someone comes to you with a problem that should be on the helpdesk and you remind them your snarling horrible tooth weilder will be summoned from the server room. Bet they wont even have the chance to sigh before they run away.
leco Posted July 18, 2008 Posted July 18, 2008 It would force everyone else to remember tho Wicked - I like it. Order me one, or two or . . .
Pottsey Posted July 18, 2008 Posted July 18, 2008 (edited) Fish or Seahorse’s only use an old CRT monitor as the tank. Stick an old tower base unit with a window next to it with one of those USB hamsters on a wheel. Or if you fancy the work make a real hamster cage out the tower case. Dont forgot the echo sticker. See how many staff ask you for the screensaver. Edited July 18, 2008 by Pottsey
