Hello, the powers that be want a 2 min delay on all sent emails.

I can see how to advise users to individually set a mail rule in Outlook 365 installed version (no chance)

or

Set 'Undo Send' to 10 seconds in Outlook 365 web (but there seems to be no option in the installed version that all staff use)

but is there a global way for IT to set it by GPO or via the Exchange Admin Centre or something

you can only set OWA afaik and it ignores values over 10 seconds

Set-MailboxMessageConfiguration mailbox -MailSendUndoInterval 10

This is what we do. We did it for all users and now it's part of our user creation work flow. Annoying extra step and even more annoying you can't do more than 10 seconds, but it's better than not having it.
