I was wondering if anyone has a system in place to digitally record staff meeting attendance please?

Staff would need to scan ideally their miFare ID cards at the door and the system record who has attended. We currently have InVentry but I cant think of how this would be setup to work with the existing solution we have.

The only other system I can think of is running something like https://signinapp.com/features/sign-in-app-tap/ along side.

Thanks

Paxton can integrate with InVentry for this - as long as the doors are networked and you host NET2.

InVentry has an additional module for this, and Paxton licenses this on a per-door basis.

I know nowt about the mechanics -

You won't necessarily capture every entry unless your staff arrive one by one. That is, unless they WANT to be registered as attending.

I think we could be spending thousands to try and put a system in place to do this properly. The cheap way is write your name down on a list or slightly more advanced scan a QR code to a MS form and put your name in but it seems a like a lot of admin for someone to go through.

This is probably the best solution or the MS form as you mentioned.

Could you just stick a HID/Keyboard style reader on a laptop with excel open to capture the card numbers and then v-lookup the staff names?
