Dizzy1974 Posted October 4, 2023 Posted October 4, 2023 Normally when using Active Inspire and entering text I can just use the arrow tool or text tool and click on the screen and start typing - but its putting the first letter down and then jumping up and starting a new line just about the letter- look slike this. Sometimes does it with the text tool as well. ello H This didnt happen before. Also the program is freezing then closing without warning. Anyone have something similar happen?

DavR Posted October 4, 2023 Posted October 4, 2023 This was a known problem with version 2.x, as far as I've seen, it is fixed in version 3.1.
ehtm Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 We are seeing major issues with ActivInspire at the moment across two sites we are seeing a very high number of staff seeing their Flipchart files getting corrupted with the dreaded. "There was an error loading the page. It has been replaced by a blank page". We have been firefighting this and while majority have been on old version (mostly 2.10) we have found that even for staff where we have removed all traces of ActivInspire 2.10 and installed latest release 3.10 and corrupted files get restored from backup before corruption they still have issues. Costing us many hours and tears from some staff members. Wanted to see if any shared experience out there. We have tickets open with Promethean and our MSP also adding weight but told this is not a known "wider" issue I'm told by Promehtean. Nothing changes across our infrastructure from around mid to late Oct when this started and getting progressively worse. Not sure if any one has experiences of this in the past and any suggestions of what version can be run as a stable version as most of old posts I've found for anything similar and reverting to old v2.x version from older ones and dated a few years.
