neonetman Posted October 3, 2023 Posted October 3, 2023 Good afternoon, I've got a single on of our fleet of Toshiba copiers, that isn't recording copying in Papercut. Printing is recorded correctly, and panel login is okay - just the copying. Any thoughts?

Discovery1031 Posted October 3, 2023 Posted October 3, 2023 I can't remember if it is true or not but SNMP might need to be enabled for Papercut to pull the data.
neonetman Posted October 5, 2023 Author Posted October 5, 2023 We eventually gave up, and deleted the device from Papercut, then re-added it. That seems to have solved it
