Ruckus - Q4 Stock availability / promotions

Hi all,

 

If you have any Wi-Fi plans and have a Ruckus solution in place or would like to consider them as part of a wider replacement, please send me a PM.

 

We are seeing good stock availability across most, if not all, of their AP models. Something we haven't been able to say in quite a while.

 

Stock is also in good supply across the newer switch models - but not all - we can advise on options and availability.

 

There are also a number of promotions running so we could advise on the options available and the price points. These include competitive swap-outs, ZoneDirection migrations, EDU pricing and more.

Is ruckus able to work directly with Entra AD? Looking to get users to login to the WIFI with their Entra creds instead of a PSK (currently on unifi which doesnt do this) No onsite servers...

Yes and no..horrible answer I know.

 

It doesn't work out of the box. You would need Cloudpath, which is Ruckus' onboarding solution, priced per user (not device).

 

So perhaps not a cost-effective solution here.

 

There might be a 3rd party that integrates with Unifi that adds that functionality. Someone mentioned WiFlex on a call the other day but I don't know any more about it - but could be worth a Google.
