mrlyonst Posted September 26, 2023 Posted September 26, 2023 (edited) When we try to broadcast to one of the logged-on devices the broadcast doesn't work. We can turn on and turn off the PC through Impero, however, we can't broadcast to it. It is the only machine on site having this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. What have the techies on the Impero helpdesk said?
OLPTech Posted October 2, 2023 Posted October 2, 2023 We had a similar issue where one PC couldn't view any remote screens. The issue was because when Impero was installed it failed to add the firewall rules into Windows Firewall. When we disabled the firewall we could see screens again. We manually copied the rules from another device which solved our issue
