  2. Hi @titch If you are referring to logging activity on the device of a console user or any user for that matter then this functionality will be in v6.3 due for release in the new year. IF however you wish to disable keyword monitoring specifically then this is current functionality and one of the team would be more than happy to talk you through it. Should you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact our support team on the usual numbers. +44 (0) 1509 611341 UK or 877-883-4370 USA Regards Craig Jones Head of Product Management.
  3. Some points you will need to consider include.... There are significant limitations of control you have on any device without you being the "supervisor" of the device. It is possible to manage/supervise a device as a parent but this will mean wiping the device as part of the process. The younger the student the easier that conversation is. Once in a supervised state it is possible to share the management of a device with a third party (The school). I am aware of schools which have achieved this but its most certainly not without its challenges.
  4. Thanks @mitchell1981 and @mshakespeare for highlighting the potential issue with us. For others watching the thread with interest, we’ve found an issue which appears to be outside of Impero. Impero has a comprehensive hooking library which supports a fundamental part of our solution for monitoring, on occasion changes to 3rd party software can cause a clash when we are hooking. When this is the case we need to add them to our exclusions and when appropriate we would add these to our default list within our next release. An example of this recently came to light and we are recommending users add the following to their exclusions list, fontdrvhost.exe should Impero end users be finding missing text following an upgrade to the Win10 creators update. The fastest way to get help is to email us at [email protected] or give us a call on 01509 611341, and we’ll be glad to help. Should you require any further assistance please don’t hesitate to get back in touch with us using the details above and we’ll be right with you.
