sunny88 Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Hi, We use microsoft remote desktop on a few chromebooks for schools to access sims by remoting to a terminal server. Since September have had issues where the app crashes when users go to sign on. Google support say to update the Chrome OS. this has not worked. I have also factory reset them. Powerwashed etc. Seems to be the older devices. Any ideas please.
