Chromebooks And Microsoft Remote desktop

Hi,

We use microsoft remote desktop on a few chromebooks for schools to access sims by remoting to a terminal server.

Since September have had issues where the app crashes when users go to sign on. Google support say to update the Chrome OS. this has not worked. I have also factory reset them. Powerwashed etc.

Seems to be the older devices.

 

Any ideas please.

HTML 5 Client on the RDP server?

You can install the HTML5 client so everything runs native in the browser.
