After school club bookings

Hi from a 1000ish kids primary school

 

We are looking at how we manage our after school clubs bookings - not our wrap around care, but the clubs our teachers run.

 

Does anyone have a particularly good app or process that they use rather than our current method of lots of bits of paper!

I have a database that feeds a page on our intranet, a list on our homepage for students, then a public list for parents. Staff can add and remove their clubs from this list. Written in PHP and MySQL. You may be able to achieve this with a Google site and form though.
