Promethean 9 vs LX

Hi all,

 

Has anyone used a Promethean LX panel in an education setting? The specifications seem high for the low price and we're using a Windows device plugged in, rather than the on-board features/OS. TIA.

Using a Windows device on the LX is a great experience, Windows is a very touch friendly device so you can use the ink tools within PowerPoint, for example, just by picking up the pen and writing on your slides.

Thanks Kieran - so when switching on an LX, what exactly happens, or does it connect straight to an HDMI output (a Windows PC), in this case?
