ICT SERVICES MANAGER

Single Status Grade 10/11 £32,037 to £38,354 per annum

Full time / Permanent / 37 hours per week

23 days annual leave rising to 27 days with length of service plus bank holidays.

 

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated individual as IT Services Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven skills, problem-solving ability and aspirations to undertake the management of day-to-day operations on our sites, leading the IT team in managing call queues on site and remotely, whilst delivering excellent customer support services, in order to ensure a robust and stable platform for the delivery of teaching and learning.

 

The role would suit someone who has initiative, is flexible, personable, ideally has experience in strategically managing teams within a busy school environment, and excellent communication skills.

 

The IT team handles all aspects of the IT infrastructure and services. The IT Services Manager will oversee the IT Team in providing strategic management of IT services, maintaining and monitoring performance and security matters, and to proactively lead on future design solutions regarding network and system configurations and installations.
