This education only MSP is looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Field Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support to their clients (mainly within the Education sector) including troubleshooting and fixing hardware and software issues. There will also be the exciting possibility of working on IT projects as you grow in the company.

 

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

 

1-3 years of experience in IT

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organisational and time management skills

Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking etc.
