Salary: £22,000 - £25,290 pa dependent on experience and qualifications

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, well organised and driven IT Technician to play a key role delivering IT support at Ipswich High School.

 

If you have a passion for IT and delivering exceptional customer service this could be the role for you.

 

You will ideally have Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows Server experience and will be primarily responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, providing technical support for all hardware, software and associated peripherals.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

· Resolving a variety of IT problems and liaising with relevant third-party providers over issues

· Proactively providing information to users on outstanding issues

· Installing & configuring operating systems & various software packages

· Ensuring the security of data, network and backup systems

 

The working hours are 36 hours per week, all year round.
