Papercut report query

Any Papercut admins able to tell me if it is possible to run a report on transactions carried out by a Papercut Admin? We need to see any topups made by one particular admin account on papercut.

Having looked through the reports section of papercut i cant seem to find a report that will give me this info.

Change the date to ad hoc and you get more options

Not sure about reports, but you can view the audit log via Logs -> Audit Log. Then put the username of the admin in the Change by filter etc...

Second using Audit Log, just enter their username and date range. Report maybe big but you can then export. However, you have to enable audit logs, from memory they were disabled in some earlier editions and you had to manually enable them. Also, you had to configure the number of days you want logged, as on large use systems the logs would fill up quickly.

Hi there Fiza, PaperCutter Brenda here! Steve21 is spot on – filter the transaction logs report using the “transacted by” field and you should be golden!
