chris11256 Posted May 24, 2023 Posted May 24, 2023 Hi All, We're finalising our build before a rollout this summer and have ended up doing a bit of head scratching with images. Attempting to open an image(we've tested jpeg and png) with Photos set as default gives the error 'No such interface supported'. If I open Photos first, then add the folder, all the images load normally. But if I just double click an image, I get the error. So far Google hasn't suggested anything beyond repair/reset the app. Has anyone else seen this? Thanks!
OLPTech Posted October 26, 2023 Posted October 26, 2023 Hi we're experiencing the exact same issue. Did you ever find out how to sort this? Thanks
chris11256 Posted October 26, 2023 Author Posted October 26, 2023 Not that I could find. Ended up including a third party image viewer in the build and setting that as default for common file types. 1
OLPTech Posted October 26, 2023 Posted October 26, 2023 That's a shame, out of interest what third party viewer did you end up using? I'm debating whether to enable the old Windows 7 Windows Photo Viewer (https://winaero.com/how-to-enable-windows-photo-viewer-in-windows-11/)
