Hi all,

Is it possible to configure an Auto Reply using OWA which'll work for every message/sender and not just every sender once?

Alternatively can this be configured using an Exchange Transport Rule? TIA!

If you're in 365 you could use a power automate (when new email arrives > send email). We've done this for automatic replies from mailing groups before.

This appears to be working great, however I added two exclusion rules as follows -

- One for the school web form, which arrives from an external email address

- One to exclude emails arriving from emails sent internally

Hi,

Is it possible for staff to have the power to turn on and off auto-replies that would take effect between certain times only, rather than on and off between dates?

Eg.

Staff member 1 wants out of office replies to go out when they are not at school and they work 7am to 5pm Mon to Thu

Staff member 2 wants out of office replies to go out every day when they are not able to check their emails; between 6.30 am and 10.30 pm

Have you looked at the "Working Hours" option in Office 365 Outlook. I get a tooltip telling me that this email is being sent out of the the recipients (or my) working hours and do I want to schedule send when they are next in.

Or Auto-replys can have a start and End time in outlook.

I'll look at working hours.

Auto-replies whilst they can have a start and end "time" - the time is determined by the start and end date - I can't see how to unlink that.
