Anyone aware of this happening?

 

Just had a teacher email me saying a pupil had brought an iPad to him "with an update for an app (rapid iresponse)"....

 

I told him we don't have any apps called that installed and not to do anything because it sounded like a scam to me...

Yes, it popped up all my family iPhones this week.

 

It just asks you to reboot, very quick - nothing like a regular update.

Appeared last week. Interestingly MDMs don’t support the ‘a’ for compliance checks yet.

Interestingly my works iPhone 12 didn’t ask for a reboot. My personal iPhone 11 did.
