[ARBOR] Live Link reporting - Relative date ranges

Hi all,

When adding custom report columns with date range filters such as the attendancecode counts, the relative date filter provides options like this year, currentterm and last term. Can anyone confirm if all these dates stay relevant to the report rundate when running through the live link or are they frozen based on when thereport was created/modified?

 

For example, if I create the report in sept andset it to 'this term', if I run it in July via the live link, will it give methe summer term data?

Late reply but yes, those sort of date range options do seem to be relative and not fixed on the day the report was created. I've not used the 'Current term' option myself but have used 'Today', which dynamically changes the date range to the day you are on; a bit like =TODAY in Excel. So, if I created an attendance report on the 1st May with 'Today' and viewed that same report on 16 May, the data is reflective of 16 May, not 1 May.
