DSAGEY Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 Hello, We have Windows 11 Edu Pro devices, when a user locks their screen after 60 seconds or so the screen goes black. I have tested all the GPO's related to power/screen going off. But I still have the same issue. I want to prevent the screen going black and show our wallpaper/logon wallpaper (that works fine), because when staff lock their screens and it goes black they keep pressing the power button on the PC thinking it had powered off. Does anyone else face this issue? If so, how did you fix this? Thank you in advance
Oaktech Posted April 24, 2023 Posted April 24, 2023 Sleep settings? System allowing hardware to turn off to save power?
Bhavesh78 Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 Hi Have try going to System > Power and change the setting in Power section. Hope that helps
