ActivInspire - Jumping around

Hello.

 

Few users have reported issues with ActivInspire - When they are using it its jumping around over the page. They select a text box and enter text in and it jumps to the bottom of the page. (there words not mine)

 

I thought it was the issue with the laptops but its also doing the same of the desktops.

 

Both ActivInspire and ActivDriver are up to date

 

Anyone else having the same issue?

Sure you've checked this, but just in case: Do they have stuff stuck to the sides of the boards/panels?

Yeah - It happens when they are disconnected from the board. (at home)

This is a known issue with ActivInspire 2.24, particularly with text boxes.
