We have an excellent opportunity for an Infrastructure Manager to join a values-driven organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working, offering a salary of £50,000 to £55,000, depending on experience. As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll have a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families affected by dementia by ensuring the smooth operational delivery of the organisations IT Infrastructure.

 

Core Responsibilities:

· Manage IT infrastructure including servers, IAAS, network management, network security, cyber security, connectivity, telephony, hardware devices, business continuity, and data backups

· Line manage a 3rd line support engineer and a systems and applications administrator

· Monitor and report on the performance of M365 platform and MS Azure

· Conduct security reviews and risk assessments, and manage network security

· Implement change control and problem management processes

 

Essential Skills:

· Degree level or equivalent industry qualification

· Proficient in managing and configuring Microsoft infrastructure (M365, MS Azure)

· Technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, networks, infrastructure, and hardware

· Proficient in cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigating activities

· Team management experience
