SIMS Templates over 25 aspects

Hello,

 

We are attempting to reduce down the number of unnecessary templates on SIMS, we have 1151 templates including the exam templates that are automatically created through Exams Organiser.

 

Does anyone know of a way to show only the templates that have 25 or more aspects please? These are the ones we would like to focus on reducing for our syncs with external school softwares (e.g. Classcharts) to work correctly.

You can create a quick report to show you that (see attached image)

Thank you for this. We are trying to reduce the number of aspects on our templates.

 

Some of the templates have multiple aspects to them

 

Is there a way that it can give us the total number of aspects on each template, not the number of unique aspects?

Presumably, expand Count Summary and include the No. columns field.

Thanks. I have attached an image of our report screen.

I accessed the No. columns field. However, we have some formulas columns, that do not have aspects associated with them. As we have many templates & do not know how many formulas each one contains, is it possible to just include a count of the columns that have aspects associated with them?
