Unifi Wifi and Radius

Trying to set up our guest portal to use radius for authentication.

 

Keep getting a communication error when trying to sign in. Works fine when the SSID is set to Radius auth. Just doesnt work via Guest Portal.

 

Anyone seen this?

Check the logs on NPS ... what does it say?

Are you using the Unifi Guest Portal? I've had issues where i'm using an external portal and the "guest" network function of Unifi was interfering. Going to the old controller settings and creating the SSID through there allows no authentication without the guest functions - this solved it for me!

Have you checked the Guest network isn't blocking the NPS subnet?
