We're looking at implementing Signing in app in another chunk of our sites. Does anyone have experience with linking it to SIMS? I.E - Pupils that arrive late can sign in on the app... We've never delved into it and always just used it standalone for staff and visitors TIA! Josh

Are you using the Unifi Guest Portal? I've had issues where i'm using an external portal and the "guest" network function of Unifi was interfering. Going to the old controller settings and creating the SSID through there allows no authentication without the guest functions - this solved it for me!
