BonnyArmadillo Posted February 22, 2023 Posted February 22, 2023 Trying to set up our guest portal to use radius for authentication. Keep getting a communication error when trying to sign in. Works fine when the SSID is set to Radius auth. Just doesnt work via Guest Portal. Anyone seen this?

I've had issues where i'm using an external portal and the "guest" network function of Unifi was interfering. Going to the old controller settings and creating the SSID through there allows no authentication without the guest functions - this solved it for me!
