Upgrade A1 to A3 for headteacher

Hi all

 

our head is using up 50gb of her office 365 allowance and is on 99% at present. I have purchased a A3 license as they give 100GB

 

I have never done this before but is it case of unticking a1 and ticking a3 and job done? As its for headteacher wanted to be sure before i do anything!
