Genee Touch screenboard - Black line appearing on the screen

Hi all

 

One of the boards all of a sudden started displaying this black line across our schools Geneeboard

 

not a black pen marker or anything, any idea what this could be

perhaps looks like some sort of seal or something has come loose within the board itself?

 

Functionality of the board all works fine no issue just this line appearing

can you take the stuff off round it and see if it goes away? I wonder if the adornments are driving the board!
