Papercut jobs stuck on "Spooling" on one PC

We have a user\Pc that after a period of time their jobs sent to the Papercut Virtual print queue get stuck on "Spooling".

A restart of the print spooler on the pc fixes the issue but this issue seems to come back regularly.

 

We have had no other user\PC have this issue.

 

The only difference with this PC is that its left on constantly (24/7) and switching off over night isn't really an option as the user remotes in to the pc from home.

 

Other printing to a local printer on this PC works when the jobs on the Papercut virtual printer are stuck on "Spooling"

 

Any Ideas?
