Does anyone else think that Dell have been pushing out a lot of firmware updates recently? Specifically to do with graphics etc

Now you mention it, that does seem familiar. Even when I do a fresh build and fully update, the first time the user signs in (usually within a couple of days) it's common that there are firmware updates waiting.

Yes - and they seem to be becoming available for older devices as well. We've had new firmware appear in windows update for devices from as far back as 2014.

I got a Dell Vostro laptop last year and, TBH, am pleased that Dell take efforts to keep them updated.

It's when you stop getting updates you have to worry (and start pricing up a new device in some cases!).
