Zoom7000 Posted July 2, 2008 Posted July 2, 2008 I'm on O2 (600mins 500txts) tarriff (£35/month). Does anyone know how much it will cost me to use the Assisted GPS feature on my N82? I've tried asking O2 but the CS don't have a clue what I'm talking about!

craiglay Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 (edited) Is assisted GPS not just a download you can to make every few weeks that allows you to download satellite position data over your data connection rather than the much slower satellite broadcast? bmdixon Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 On my n95 it uses a couple of Kb each time i use the gps. It doesn't cost much at all (well for me it's free as i have unlimited gprs ). From my experience though it doesn't seem to make a huge difference by using a-gps.
