I don't know what's going on. But the old reliable https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/default.aspx is no more right?

So where do I get my stuff? All my keys should be tucked away somewhere.

When I try to log into the https://admin.microsoft.com page, it says "Your account ([email protected]) doesn’t have permission to view or manage this page in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Hoping one of you can point me in the right direction.

(Yes, I have been under a rock. Covid forced us to ChromeBooks and I haven't needed a windows key in a while)

Not sure why you think it's gone, used it earlier today no problem! You getting an error or something?

There is a new optional licensing bit in 365 but don't find it's as good as the old one

Who set up your Office 365 tenant? Is it actually set up yet?

We have never used Office 365 here, so I don't think so. But when I do sign it I get a message that I do not have permission.

Looks like in April Microsoft sent me a confirmation email that my sign on is now [email protected]

I would rather dress up as Princess Leia at a Star Trek convention shouting Lord of the Rings quotes than have to deal with that again

Years ago, for some reason my annual renewal wouldnt go through unless I gave them another previously unused email address. I ended up with a half a dozen [email protected] [email protected] etc in the manage users. The irony was, I could still use [email protected] to log in, it only needed a new email to register the econtract annually. Very annoying. This seemed to sort itself out one year so I blame the reseller at the time for being rubbish.
