anyhow: trying to authenticate the school. I have an educational sign in already...

 

I'm trying to verify the school, it keeps telling me to choose my school from the drop down menu..... where this magical drop down is f knows.

 

so I'm using the "get procuts page" from the education community... where drop down?

You have to get your school added to the list through SheerID, there is link there that you have to follow to put details in. Had to get my id on a letter from the school with Head teacher to sign and uploaded it at the point required. Pain in the .sre, took me about 2 months going back and too. Eventually had to get Autodesk directly involved ! Hopefully won't be as bad when I have to renew!?? Bring back the old way....

One of our team had been supporting an Autodesk user. They (IT Support) submitted an enquiry three weeks ago. They came back today with a link to a KB article on their website.

 

Chocolate fire guard comes to mind.
