SIMS RTF reports - format fields, T displaying as YES

Is is possible to do anything 'clever' in the RTF reports, we have some fields that are True / False, and I'd like them to display as Yes / No.

Yes, that was possible, so should still work. It’s described in the manual which you can obtain from support channels and has most likely been posted on the forum previously. It’s likely in one of my old posts, if not someone else will have done it.

Extract here but worth getting the whole manual as there are lots of other clever formatting options.

Now, I've got that working, I'd love to get a 1 to display as Yes, and a 0 as No.

This is for parental permissions, where it is displaying the count for each permission.

 

I did find some RTF code that looked like it should work but it just printed the code out directly.

 

Is this a possibility

 

I'd just like to make a table of the permissions with Yes or No after each one rather than 1 or 0.

Not sure if that works. I have seen conditional formatting but it was a hack whereby the printed text was in white so not visible then the cell has conditional formula to colour it.

 

Worth a search here for older posts as it may have been covered before.

 

With the code you’ve got, ensure the field name matches the case exactly and also try putting the 1 in single or double quotes.
