Has your credit changed? as in have you topped it up? Some only update when you top up.

Yeah I hate the way some of the companies bill. A friend also has a terrible interface with British Gas where every time he logs in it too says he is massively in debt because of how they bill based on a 6 month estimate and add it all as a whack.

Even though Bulb are rip they just showed a running balance of your credit/debt and how much you used in the last month and a yearly estimate of cost and units which makes it much easier to read.

 

Its that or you have been mining crypto while heating your garden at the same time

Can you read what it says on the actual meter - rather than the in house display

 

or is that what you are doing?

prices on the in home device aren't always correct, just set it to show kwh or kw and do the maths yourself.
