Max_Power Posted September 29, 2022 Posted September 29, 2022 We regularly ask parents to complete forms with supporting documentation to accompany them, but it's a long-winded onerous task to complete. Thinking about the Microsoft Forms Document Upload Feature where anyone within the organisation can submit a file along with a form. Microsoft don't allow external or anonymous users to do such things, so my question is, is there anything out there which allows such functionality that people have a good experience of using? Something where you complete a small form, upload your document and it writes back to a specific OneDrive or SharePoint site? Something like https://filerequestpro.com/ (which is one option I've come across). Cheers
thimon Posted September 29, 2022 Posted September 29, 2022 You can use the OneDrive feature called Request Files https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-file-request-f54aa7f8-2589-4421-b351-d415fc3b83af with a link to the folder somewhere in the form. You can set it so anyone can upload files to the folder, but cannot see the contents. 2
