Letting facilities + website and payment

Hi all

 

We have a new finance person coming in and they want a different way of letting external people book School facilities. Currently it's either an email to someone or telephone School. Ideally they/we are wanting something we can integrate with our website and a bit more automated. It must also be able to take payments.

 

We've used reservio in the past and it was ok but lacked much integration. I've also looked at Microsoft Bookings which does all except take payment.

 

So... how do you do it?

We've recently started using schoolhire.co.uk

Don't reinvent the wheel, if it's something they want use a commercial service like @jthompson suggested.

 

Then they'll probably find the cost for it is more than they're gaining in lettings income and go back to pen and paper/diary anyway.
