Office 365 Excel issue

Hi,

 

We installed Office 365 over the Summer on all of our computers. After the initial shared computer licensing issue we have now bumped into a strange problem with Excel. Some users after having no issues suddenly cannot open it, it just closes asks them to open in safe mode and closes again. If we right click the shortcut and run as administrator it works fine but I have no idea why it is doing it. Any ideas?

off topic: are you got the right licenses to deploy office 365.. I'm stuck with 2019 or 2021.
