Salamander free tool and Bromcom

I am trying to get Salamander's free tool to connect to Bromcom, I was getting there with adding the extra fields not listed on their help sheet and now when I click test Connection, I get the error - Error Getting School data from the Bromcom API. The request failed with HTTP: Status 401: Unauthorised.

 

I can log to Bromcom using the school ID account details, but I can't get past this.

 

I guess it is locked out after too many attempts, does anyone know where this is cleared or is there anything else I need to do?

Sorry @slugshed, I am being really thick here, but where do I get that from, the instructions say to create an account?
