noelmm Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 Hi all, Last week we had a new Papercut solution installed and during the testing we requested that staff could see any billing codes assigned to them so they can select the correct one when printing and this was working as expected. We left the engineer finishing the install on Friday afternoon and came in this morning and found that users can no longer see the shared accounts when they release a print job. I have found the option for "Select shared accounts from a list" isn't enabled, if I enable it it gives the list as we want. Does anyone know how to do this for all users in a group? Thanks Noel

noelmm Posted August 30, 2022 Author Posted August 30, 2022 Thanks Andy, I just found the option as you replied.
PaperCutterBrenda Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 Hi there noelmm! PaperCutter Brenda here. Andy_b called it! 1. In the admin interface go to Users.2. In the right-hand menu, select “Bulk User Actions3. Select the group with the users you wish to adjust.4. Adjust the setting “Change account selection setting” to “Select shared accounts from a list”.5. Click apply and the setting will be updated for all users in the group. If you can't see the group in the list:1. Go to groups.2. Click add/remove groups.3. All groups from your directory will be listed in the left hand list. Move the ones needed to the right hand side, and apply. Hope that helps! And if you ever need direct assistance, feel free to reach out to [email protected]. 1
