Activcare Plus Number

Hi all,

 

We are attempting to log a warranty call for a Promethean panel that is less than a year old but they keep asking for an Activcare Plus number. Apparently giving the serial of the board isn't enough. Does anyone know where we would find that info?

Activcare plus is the paid for warranty. I believe you should have received an Activcare standard number when you registered the board though.

My first point of call would be the office/bursar as they would have paid the "Plus" premium and should have the details.
