Anyone use a Corporate Screensaver system?

Hiya all,

 

I've been looking for a solution to push out messages to both staff and student desktops and laptops. There are plenty of cloud based solutions but they can be quite pricey. Can anyone use or recommend a system?

You could use group policy for this.

Create a screen saver, save it to a share and then apply it.

Then simply update the SCR file as and when you need to.

It’s been a while since I have used it but I believe XIBO can do this.

We set via GPO to use the Photo screensaver, then use a GPO to copy the files into C:\windows\folder_we_created, our marketing team have access to the folder on the server via a folder where they can copy new ones into and it updates, think there is about 5 or 6 that scroll through. Also all corporate buildings have TV screens that run the screensaver too. No extra software needed and simple setup.
