GriffTech Posted June 17, 2022 Posted June 17, 2022 Machine previously had Office 13, had uninstalled and then ran Office removal tool. Using previously working Configuration and Setup files, no issues on the multiple machines previously used on. Error message says a newer version of Setup is required to install the product. Have installed a new office deployment tool but same error message appears, have put files in multiple locations both network and locally. Can't figure it out!!

LeMarchand Posted June 17, 2022 Posted June 17, 2022 I'd check the configuration.xml just in case it's corrupted. Might also be worth running the setup.exe /download configuration.xml locally and then the setup.exe /configure configuration.xml from the same local location to rule out network/permission problems.
