You will have:

 

• Excellent attention to detail & the ability to analyse information to inform & enrich decisions

• Advanced experience in supporting a Microsoft Windows environment

• Experience in creating Powershell scripts, & building web products to meet bespoke needs

• Excellent hardware knowledge & skills & the ability to diagnose & repair faults with PC, laptops, projectors, & other IT equipment

 

The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of core networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP, DHCP & DNS), experience managing network infrastructure, & excellent communications skills & customer service.
