[bromcom] DMS full, storage maintenance.

Hi all, we've already managed to fill our DMS 10 months into having bromcom. We have a lot of reports that "expire" after 14 days. I thought Bromcom deleted stale reports.

 

I can't seem to seem any settings in the DMS section. We have 10gb of storage. managed to get it down to 8gb.

 

Anybody got any pointers. (apart from buying more storage space )

What I do is every term go through and delete any of the reports and documents users have generated as these get saved automatically to the DMS, this normally gets us down to 1GB even with us publishing reports to MCAS.

Oh right i was under the impression that bromcom had a inbuild mechanism where it automictically removed stale reports.
