Role Overview

Among your responsibilities will be maintaining the school's network infrastructure and servers, managing network-dependent systems, and dealing with the network, server, or system requests and other 3rd line support requests.

Responsibilities:

● Assure that all systems and files are backed up and that backups are monitored and tested regularly.● Manage, install, and administer the school's IT infrastructure, including servers (both physical and virtual), networking equipment, client devices, telephony system, and cloud services.● Use your expertise to ensure all Office 365 issues are dealt with efficiently. ● Taking care of routine issues related to network connectivity and maintaining network cabinets.● Plan, implement and integrate hardware and software procurement, implementation, and integration with the IT Director.● Establish and maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment within the school.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

● Experience working in a similar position. ● Relevant qualification. ● Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Windows Server, Windows 10/11, (VMware), SAN, Office 365, Azure AD, Endpoint management and MDM, particularly SCCM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
