Still an issue here - we found this works fairly reliably.

 

Open PPT, log off via account menu option, close PPT, login in via account (twice as first one throws up an error), close PPT, open PPT, slight delay and it works.

 

 

We do the same but with Excel (for no particular reason), never seems to work with Word though

Just come across this thread as I am having the exact same issue and the strange thing is that all users have no issues, it appears to happen only to our controlled assessment accounts - which are no different to normal accounts - with the only exception to having OneDrive and Exchange disabled on those accounts. (with even with everything enabled, they still have issues)

 

So glad it not just me having the same issues!

 

Will get the staff to try the PowerPoint/Excel option to see how that goes - I might even add the token redirect as a belt and braces approach.

Open another ticket with Microsoft and point them to this thread?
